Restrictive Covenants Task Force

- Brief review of the summary of our last meeting
- Review and discussion of the first Group of covenants, i.e. Property Use: Dwelling/Lot Group. Lines 3 – 6 on the attached spreadsheet. Our objective is to reach consensus on the need to revise and if so the content of each of these five restrictions.
- Next steps and volunteers to assist the Publicity Committee in preparing the initial notice to the membership and a Waterwood Word article about our startup and what to expect.
