The WCA Board will meet on Monday evening to go over items that Ed Klaczak did not have an opportunity to discuss at our last meeting.  These items are principally related to vendors supporting us on the Reserve Study, on repairs and maintenance of our water supply system, and maintenance of the air conditioners in the clubhouse.

In addition, the WCA Board members will discuss amongst ourselves our task assignment and management system.

Finally, we will briefly discuss the merits of an electronic bulletin board for the mail kiosk that will significantly help the Restrictive Covenants Task Force get its message out to the membership.  Such an electronic sign has also been of interest to the Recreation Committee.

This meeting is a Working Meeting.  No motions will be voted on.
