This meeting will be a special meeting of the members. At this meeting, the WCA will consider an amendment to the bylaws. A vote will take place at this meeting. 2/3 of the members present at the meeting or by proxy voting in the affirmative are required. The proposed language and further reasoning for the amendment is attached to this email. Also at this meeting, The WCA Board will consider increasing the annual dues. The amount of this increase will be dependent on an analysis of the 2026 budget. The amount of increase will not exceed 20%.
