The WTA has just secured a Tree Removal Permit Exemption to remove
two live oak trees located close to 501 Waterwood Drive, townhome.
One tree has caused significant damage to this townhome, and the
second tree threatens not only 501, but also 601 and 602 Waterwood
townhomes.

The permit cited the basis for this exemption:

“For trees located on nonresidential property, any tree determined to be
in a hazardous or dangerous condition so as to endanger the public health,
safety or welfare and requires immediate removal.”

At the meeting the Tree Removal Permit Exemption, and many pictures
of the damage done and the potential damage looming to the 600 building
we be displayed on the large screen television.

Your three WTA Directors made the decision to seek this permit, as well as
bids for the removal of the two trees. This meeting is for your information only.
