SUMMARY:WTA Special Board Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The WTA has just secured a Tree Removal Permit Exemption to remove\ntwo live oak trees located close to 501 Waterwood Drive\, townhome.\nOne tree has caused significant damage to this townhome\, and the\nsecond tree threatens not only 501\, but also 601 and 602 Waterwood\ntownhomes. \nThe permit cited the basis for this exemption: \n“For trees located on nonresidential property\, any tree determined to be\nin a hazardous or dangerous condition so as to endanger the public health\,\nsafety or welfare and requires immediate removal.” \nAt the meeting the Tree Removal Permit Exemption\, and many pictures\nof the damage done and the potential damage looming to the 600 building\nwe be displayed on the large screen television. \nYour three WTA Directors made the decision to seek this permit\, as well as\nbids for the removal of the two trees.  This meeting is for your information only.
