DESCRIPTION:Brief review of the summary of our last meeting\nReview and discussion of the first Group of covenants\, i.e. Property Use:  Dwelling/Lot Group.  Lines 3 – 6 on the attached spreadsheet.  Our objective is to reach consensus on the need to revise and if so the content of each of these five restrictions.\nNext steps and volunteers to assist the Publicity Committee in preparing the initial notice to the membership and a Waterwood Word article about our startup and what to expect.
