SUMMARY:WCA Special Board Meeting
DESCRIPTION:WCA Special Board Meeting \nThe purpose of the Special Meeting is to approve a package of information that the Reserve Study Group has prepared to send to our vendor who will then generate the next version of the Reserve Study. This package of information is an interim submission; the effort is not yet 100% complete\, but there is ample information compiled to start the next draft of the document.\nAs you may be aware\, our Reserve Study has been refined through the hard work of many volunteers over the past three years. This year’s work\, performed mainly by Ed Klaczak and Dave Hocevar\, is ready to share with the vendor (minus only a few outstanding line items) so that the next update can be generated for review. The Reserve Study Group will provide the vendor any outstanding information during the review stage before the Reserve Study document is finalized.\nAt this same meeting\, the Board will also vote on one ARB application for a new roof to be installed at 106 Cedar Way.
